The "Vendor" agrees to accept and honor the stjohnisland.com savings card, by extending a ________________ (__%) discount off of its published prices for all goods and services the "Vendor" may provide its customers. The term of this Agreement will be for a period of one year from the date of acceptance. Such discounts will occur at the time of payment by the customer to the "Vendor". The customer will show the card to the "Vendor" or "Vendor’s" representatives for proof of card ownership. If payment is being made via physical delivery or through electronic communications, the customer may fax a copy of the card face with the account number and expiration date to the "Vendor".

The "Vendor" will receive an active web link, an advertising page with several photos, and exposure to thousands of monthly visitors to the stjohnisland.com site, for the duration of this Agreement.

This Agreement cannot be changed or modified orally, and will automatically renew for an additional period of one year unless the "Vendor" elects to unilaterally cancel renewal by written notice at least thirty days prior to expiration.
